B2B terms of sale.
CGV · WHOLESALE BUYERS ONLY · JULY 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern all wholesale sales of olive wood products by Ste Art Is Raw to professional buyers. This site takes no payment and processes no consumer orders; every sale is concluded by written quotation and order confirmation.
2. Quotations and orders
Quotations are answered within 24 hours on business days and remain valid 30 days. An order becomes firm on receipt of the signed confirmation and the agreed deposit. MOQs are stated per SKU in the catalogue; wholesale prices are flat at every quantity above MOQ.
3. Payment
Standard terms are 30 percent deposit on confirmation and balance before dispatch, by bank transfer. Other instruments (letter of credit, documentary collection) may be agreed in the quotation for container-scale orders.
4. Lead times and delivery
Production lead times run 2 to 6 weeks ex-factory depending on category and volume, as stated per category page. Goods are sold EXW or FOB Tunisian port (Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise agreed. Risk transfers per the applicable incoterm. Shipments travel on ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets with commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate; EUDR geolocation data and Lacey Act declaration data are provided for EU and US buyers respectively.
5. Natural material and tolerances
Olive wood is a natural, reclaimed material. Grain, color and figure vary piece to piece; dimensions are subject to workshop tolerances of a few millimeters. Such variation is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
6. Claims and warranty
Visible defects and transit damage must be notified with photographs within 14 days of receipt; documented losses are replaced or credited on the following order. Manufacturing defects are warranted for 12 months from delivery, excluding normal wear and care-related damage.
7. Private label and artwork
The buyer warrants it owns all trademarks and artwork supplied for engraving or packaging and indemnifies Ste Art Is Raw against third-party claims. Engraving jigs and dies remain our property; artwork files remain the buyer's.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Parties will seek amicable settlement before any proceedings; failing that, the courts of Sfax have jurisdiction, unless a signed distribution agreement states otherwise.
